You can retrieve your agreement number here:&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.myiclubonline.com\/iclub\/members\/signin#retrieveagreement\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">https:\/\/www.myiclubonline.com\/iclub\/members\/signin#retrieveagreement<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Include all of the following information in your request:<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>First and Last Name:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Agreement Number:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Home Gym:&nbsp;\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Camas, Vancouver Mall, Vancouver Hazel Dell, Tigard, Kirkland, or Woodinville.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Date Of Birth:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Contact Phone #:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Reason for Freeze:<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Length of Freeze (1-6 months)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>A confirmation email will be sent with any details regarding your request within 7-10 business days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Freezes will be set up from bill date to bill date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Membership must be in good standing, all initiation fees paid, current on monthly dues, provide at least ten days\u2019 notice for a freeze request to allow us to process your request.\u201d<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If billing is less than 24-hours from your request, the freeze will take effect your next billing date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Monthly payments are not pro-rated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>To submit a freeze request ($15.00 per month):&nbsp; Email us at&nbsp;fitness@goldsgym1965.com.&nbsp; Include your membership agreement number.
