Sure, waking up sounds easy enough. However, I don’t want you to just wake up, I want you to wake up EARLIER! Early risers tend to be more energized and happier than those who sleep in. Haven’t you ever noticed after a nap or waking up even an hour later than normal, you feel almost…exhausted? It’s such a weird feeling, right? You would think sleeping longer would be what gives you that energized feeling. Instead, it just makes you feel drained, lazy, and unmotivated. Wake up, everyone! Get out of that bed or off that couch and start your day early. You won’t regret having more hours in the day. It will give you time to achieve all your goals!
You’re going to face a hefty amount of peer pressure and put downs during your fitness adventure. Many people aren’t going to understand, agree with, or even support your decision to change your lifestyle. Take it from me, I have been consistently ridiculed for years now due to my views and knowledge on the food industry and fit lifestyles. I’ve been mocked, laughed at, made fun of, and shunned by friends and even some family. So if it happens to you, don’t let it get you down! You know in your gut that the decisions you are making are to better your OWN life, not your friends and family. That would be sweating and going to the bathroom. THAT IS ALL! If we don’t stay hydrated, we lose our ability to keep these necessary bodily functions going. Water also keeps our brains working in peak condition. Also, a hydrated body is an energized body!
