A lot can happen in 30 days. Sometimes 30 days sounds like an eternity, sometimes it goes by super slow, and sometimes it flies by. In 30 days, you can either create a new you that even you almost don’t recognize or you can continue on the same old path; a path that has kept you plateaued, aggregated, unhappy, bitter, and bored.

The choice is yours.

One of the things that I have noticed trending with all of my clients who stick to their programs is the pure excitement that covers their face when they tell me how they have clothes that fit looser than ever before. These clients get so excited to donate their old clothes and pull out clothes that haven’t fit in years. Even better, they now have the opportunity to buy the clothes they see in the stores in styles that they never thought would work for them. I even had one of my all time favorite clients fit back into her wedding dress to renew her vows. How awesome is that? In 30 days, you will start seeing some crazy changes to your body and it will give you the drive to keep going!


You won’t believe the amount of energy that comes along with eating right and working out consistently. You will feel more refreshed and ready to take on your work, family, social life and anything else that is thrown at you!
