Class Descriptions

BOOTCAMP: Combination of strength, cardio, muscle endurance, and functional movements. This class is designed for maximum calorie burn in a short amount of time. Easy to follow format changes to keep the class fun and efficient.

ZUMBA: A fun and effective class uses interval training combined with fast and slow rhythms for an effective aerobic workout, while at the same time targeting your legs, abs, glutes, and arms.

CARDIO STRENGTH: This class encompasses weighted and body weight exercises to gain muscle mass, while achieving cardiovascular endurance. This class targets all muscle groups by engaging in dynamic and isometric movements. High intensity and high energy, this class promotes strength, cardiovascular endurance, lean muscle growth and excess fat loss

CIRCUIT TRAINING: Full body challenge, none of your boredom that can come with repetitive exercises. Boost your metabolism and your mood.

INTERVAL TRAINING: Prepare for a metabolic journey with this high intensity class. Each instrcutor has a unique, thoughtfully planned class designed to challenge not only your body, but your mind.

YOGA: Designed to calm the Spirit, relax and focus on the mind while challenging the body. This amazing class addresses strength and flexibility through a range of poses

SPIN: This class helps increase your cardiovascular endurance as it leads you to pedal your way with a variety of instructor choreographed music playlists through resistance hills, steep climbs and intensity boosting sprints. 30 min classes are also available.

PILATES: Working to balance all muscle groups, strengthen your core and improve flexibility. You will love this challenging, safe, and effective style of off and on the mat exercises.

BARRE: This class mixes elements of ballet, pilates, yoga and functional training with an easy to follow choreography to motivating music. You will love the toning results that you will get from this class.
