Indoor Cycling

    For a challenging indoor cycling class in Santa Barbara, check the class schedule for GGX Cycle (basically a spinning class by another name), or RPM Cycle, where you ride to motivating music. We also have RPM Express so you can get your indoor cycling workout even when on a tight schedule!

Yoga

Bikram Hot Yoga

This specific style of hot yoga uses 26 poses and certain breathing exercises to extend the benefits of regular hot yoga, but at a higher room temperature and humidity.
