Indoor Cycling

    For a challenging indoor cycling class in Santa Barbara Downtown, check the class schedule for GGX Cycle (basically a spinning class by another name) where you ride to motivating music and receive an excellent full body workout!

Yoga

    Attain a balance of peace and tranquility with a yoga class at the Santa Barbara Downtown gym. Or take it a step further with Happy Hour Yoga, VINYASAFLOW™: a style of yoga characterized by stringing postures together so that you move from one to another, seamlessly, using breath. We even have an exciting Moonlight Yoga for those who prefer a setting sun for their workout atmosphere!

Strength Building

Bikram Hot Yoga

    Turn up the heat and improve flexibility with a Bikram hot yoga class in our Santa Barbara downtown gym studios. This specific style of hot yoga uses 26 poses and certain breathing exercises to extend the benefits of regular hot yoga, but at a higher room temperature and humidity.     Ready to build your core and get the abs you deserve? Gold's Gym Santa Barbara has the perfect lineup of core strengthening classes to get you pumped! Sign up for Ab-domination or Cardio, Abs or Assets to build your core and take your body to the next level. 

Pilates

    If you're looking to take fitness up a notch, consider trying out a Pilates class! With its focus on the core and muscle balance, you can strengthen your entire body with this low-impact, pro-flexibility workout.
