Indoor Cycling

    For a challenging indoor cycling class in Oxnard, check the class schedule for RPM or GGX Cycle (basically a spinning class by another name). Appropriate for all levels, you can expect real fitness results as your instructor coaches you over roads, hills, intervals, and more.

Yoga/Pilates
