What are the membership fees, and are there any additional charges?

Is there an initiation or enrollment fee?

Our initiation and enrollment fees vary by our membership types and current offers. Before you sign up for a membership, we recommend checking out our available promotions to see how they can lower your enrollment fee or membership rate.

 

Do you offer any trial memberships or day passes?

We currently offer a free 7-day pass that you can use to try our gym before signing up for a membership.

 

What are Gold’s Gym North Hollywood’s hours of operation? 

Gold’s Gym North Hollywood’s hours of operation for every day of the week can be found below: 

  • Monday: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
  • Tuesday: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
  • Thursday: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
  • Friday: 5:00 am - 10:00 pm
  • Saturday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
  • Sunday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

 

Can I work out at other gyms outside of the SoCal franchise?

If your membership plan includes gyms outside of the SoCal franchise, you can train at them. Those who don’t have other Gold’s Gym locations included in their membership can use a Travel Pass to work out at any Gold’s Gym for up to 14 days within one calendar year with no added fee.

 

What types of classes are offered, and are they included in the membership fee?

Most of our fitness classes are included in your membership, but some small group training classes may have an additional fee.

 

Do I need to bring my own towel and lock for the lockers?

We don’t offer towel services, so members should bring their own towels to the gym. While we do have deluxe locker rooms, we don’t offer lockers to members.

 

What types of machines and equipment are available?

Gold’s Gym North Hollywood is outfitted with several types of exercise machines and equipment to ensure our members have plenty of options for their workouts. Review our selection of machines and equipment below:

Do you have personal trainers? What are their rates?

Our team of Certified Personal Trainers is ready to help you reach your goals, and we have a variety of personal training packages to choose from. Please reach out to Gold’s Gym North Hollywood to inquire about rates and available packages.

 

What's the gym's policy on canceling or freezing memberships?

Cancellation requests must be submitted by email to nohogm@goldsgymsocal.com. You must cancel 30 days prior to your billing date. Cancellation fees may apply. If you need to pause your account, we also allow freezes for memberships.

 

Do you have a sauna, steam room, or swimming pool?

We do not have a swimming pool, steam room, or sauna at Gold’s Gym North Hollywood.

 

Are there age restrictions for gym membership?

At Gold’s Gym North Hollywood, you must be 13 years of age and older to be a member. Additionally, children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

 

What's the policy on guests or bringing a friend?

As long as guest passes are included in your membership or there’s a special promotion, you can bring a guest. If not, your guest can use our free 7-day pass.

 

Do you offer childcare services or a kid’s area?

We don’t offer childcare or kid’s areas at this time.

 

Is parking available? Is it free?

Gold’s Gym North Hollywood has free parking located at the back of the building.

 

Can I transfer my membership to another location or person?

If you’d like to transfer your membership to another person or Gold’s Gym location, we’re happy to help. Please call (818-506-4600) or email (nohogm@goldsgymsocal.com) to discuss transferring your membership. 

 

Do you accept insurance programs?

We accept several different insurance programs. These insurance programs include Silver and Fit, Active and Fit, Silver Sneakers, Prime, Tivity, HUSK, ClassPass, and Peerfit.
