MOBILE APP FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (FAQ)

Find quick answers and how-to guides here to frequently asked questions about the Gold’s Gym mobile app. If you do not find answers below, please email [email protected] and include your first/last name, location, and barcode.

ACCOUNT HELP:

Q: I lost my username and password, where can I find it?

A: All members must register for a new account with the new Gold’s Gym mobile app. Old username’s and passwords will not work. To set a new account in the new app, click the “Sign Up” link at the bottom of the main screen. You will need to know your barcode, first and last name, and home gym. Q: I lost my barcode, where can I find it?

A: The barcode information can be obtained from the front desk of your home gym

Q: Does my name have to match my membership?

A: Yes. Please ensure that you are registering for an account with the same name used to create your account. Be sure to not include any additional characters (even a space) before or after your first and last name

Q: I got a new device, how do I login?

A: The app will store your username and password. When logging in from a new device, use the username and password that you created your account with. You can always click “Sign Up” to register for a new account.

IN-APP NAVIGATION:

Q: How do I access my barcode to scan in?

A: Click “Check In” at the bottom right of the main screen. Your barcode will then pull up for you to scan in at the gym

Q: How do I find classes?

A: From the main screen, scroll down to the bottom and there will be a tile called “Group Fitness”. Click that tile and the classes schedule will show up for your home gym. If you want to see the schedule of another gym, locate the drop-down menu in the top left and select a different gym.
