Yoga Classes

    Attain a balance of peace and strength with a yoga class at the L.A. gym. There are yoga classes six days per week, so bring your mat and get ready to stretch! Vinyasa Flow yoga is offered with pose variations for all levels. 

Cardio Latin

    Is it a workout or a dance party? Either way, our Downtown Cardio Latin classes are so much fun, you almost forget how much you're sweating. This fun class uses traditional Latin dance techniques to get your heart rate up.

Muscle Toning

    Gold's gym in L.A. offers several classes that will help you build and define lean muscle. Two to try are Body Sculpt, which includes resistance training with intervals, and Les Mills TONE -- a challenging mix of functional training and tubing exercises.

Indoor Cycling

    For a challenging indoor cycling class in Los Angeles, check the class schedule for GGX Cycle (basically a spinning class by another name), or RPM Cycle, where you ride to motivating music. Either way, you get an indoor cycling workout that torches calories!

Strength Building

    Looking for a Los Angeles strength-building class to increase your muscle mass (and get your heart rate up)? Check the fitness class schedule for Body Pump, or try a Bootcamp class. These fitness classes torch calories, too!
