Is there a sauna at this gym? Unfortunately, there are no saunas.


Is there a pool at this gym? Unfortunately, there is no pool at Gold's Gym Long Beach.


Can I bring a guest? Yes, if it is included in your VIP membership or if there is a special promotion. Your guest can also use a 7-day VIP Pass.


Is there free parking? Yes, there is free parking.


Can I work out at other gyms? Yes, if it is included in your membership. You can also use a Travel Pass which allows you to train in any Gold’s Gym for up to 14 days within one calendar year with no added fee.

How much is personal training? Please reach out to Gold’s Gym Long Beach to inquire about rates and packages.


How do I cancel my membership?  Cancellation requests must be submitted by email. You must cancel 30 days prior to your billing date. Cancellation fees may apply.


What is the minimum age of membership? 13 years of age and older, but children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.


Can I lock my bicycle at the gym? Yes, bicycles can be left by the entrance.
