Our women’s only gym offers the camaraderie and privacy of a workout in our ladies only area. Connected to our women’s locker room you can choose to workout exclusively in our women’s fitness center.
Our Silver Sneakers program is a great way to get low-impact exercise to help improve range of motion, strength, flexibility, balance and endurance.
Looking for an energizing workout with friends? With so many group classes to choose from you are sure to find the perfect one for you.

Do you guys have alot of free weights? Squat Racks? Deadlift platforms?

We have a classic section which encompasses only freeweights, plateloaded machines, and barbell benches. We even have dumbbells 5-150lbs.
