Zumba® has risen in popularity over the past decade, and for good reason. It's a highly effective cardio workout that torches calories in a fun, community-building setting. Gold's Gym in Linglestown offers both classic Zumba® as well as a Zumba Gold® designed specifically for our "active agers."
Our Zumba® Class Offerings
We offer Zumba® classes for people of all fitness levels. Our two main Zumba® classes are:
- Zumba®: Our classic Zumba® class is a great workout for gym members of all ages. This class combines cardio and dance moves to bring you a fun and challenging alternative to long, boring sessions on the treadmill or elliptical. Zumba® lets participants let loose to both fast and slow beats while performing a combination of high-intensity dance and body-weight resistance exercises.
- Zumba Gold®: Zumba Gold® is a Zumba® class designed specifically for our "active agers." It offers the same fun dance workouts, but at a lower intensity than the traditional class and is great for seniors.
