CANCEL / FREEZE REQUESTS

**Please note that online requests will only be processed for members who joined Gold's Gym Camas, Vancouver Mall, Vancouver Hazel Dell, Tigard, Kirkland, or Woodinville. If you belong to a different Gold's Gym, we kindly request that you get in touch with your home gym directly for assistance.


Cancel your membership online:

  1. You will need your membership agreement number. You can retrieve your agreement number here: https://www.myiclubonline.com/iclub/members/signin#retrieveagreement
  2. Go to www.myiclubonline.com
    1. Sign in or click on "Register" to create an account.
    2. Select the "My Agreement Info" tab. Click "Request Cancel"
    3. Fill out all the information on the form.
    4. Click the "Submit Cancel Request" button.
  3. A summary will be sent to your email on file.

General cancelation policy

  • Month-to-Month: Can be canceled with a 30-day notice required that may include one (1) final billing.
  • Installment: Cannot be canceled during your initial term unless you can provide proof of move more than 25-miles from the club and you will be required to pay an early termination fee of $125.00. Or if you can provide a letter from a physician stating you have a permanent disability.

 


To submit a freeze request ($15.00 per month):

Include all of the following information in your request: 

  • First and Last Name:
  • Agreement Number:
  • Home Gym: 
    • Camas, Vancouver Mall, Vancouver Hazel Dell, Tigard, Kirkland, or Woodinville.
  • Date Of Birth:
  • Contact Phone #:
  • Reason for Freeze:
  • Length of Freeze (1-6 months)

A confirmation email will be sent with any details regarding your request within 7-10 business days.

  • Freezes will be set up from bill date to bill date.
  • Membership must be in good standing, all initiation fees paid, current on monthly dues, provide at least ten days’ notice for a freeze request to allow us to process your request.”
  • If billing is less than 24-hours from your request, the freeze will take effect your next billing date.
