Our TRIPACK Personal Training Program features three 1-hour sessions with a specific focus – from Cardio and Strength Equipment to Free Weights to Functional Training – along with a customized workout plan designed to your individual needs.

TRIPACK SESSION 1

CARDIO & STRENGTH EQUIPMENT

Session 1 begins with a cardiovascular fitness assessment which includes guidance on cardio equipment usage and how to improve your cardio score over time. The session transitions to a resistance training workout that will guide you through how to best utilize our strength equipment and ends with a cool down and focus on recovery techniques.

 

TRIPACK SESSION 2

FREE WEIGHTS

Session 2 begins with a cardio warm-up followed by an overhead squat assessment and transitions to a resistance training workout featuring free weights. The session ends with a cool down and focus on recovery techniques.

 

TRIPACK SESSION 3

FUNCTIONAL TRAINING

Session 3 begins with a cardio and movement-based warm up and transitions to a resistance training workout built around functional strength exercises – core and bodyweight, TRX, slam/stability/medicine balls. The session ends with a cool-down and focus on recovery techniques.
