3 Ways to Enjoy the Fullerton Pool

Aqua Fitness: a combination of deep and shallow water cardiovascular and resistance exercises designed to improve your cardiovascular system and muscle tone without the traditional wear and tear on your body. Aqua fitness is a great choice for seniors, pregnant women, or those recovering from injury who need a low-impact workout.

Swimming Lessons: offered for all levels — additional fee applies.

Lap Swimming (unscheduled) : swimming is an invigorating, low-impact exercise that offers both strength-building muscle resistance and cardiovascular benefits.

Monday - Friday: 5:00 a.m. to midnight. 

Saturday & Sunday: 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Pool Rules

  • Please shower before entering pool.
  • No diving is allowed.
  • No food or drink is allowed in the pool area.
  • No running or playing is allowed on the pool deck.
  • Individuals with open wounds or sores should not enter the pool.
  • Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult.
