If you haven’t heard by now, classes that are styled in a self-defense or fighting type of manner are popping up everywhere. They are designed to help men and women get in shape, in a unique group fitness class environment; without all the violence of a real fight, that is. Group Fight is described by MOSSA as, “ A very athletic, super fun way to train cardio and total body strength. With high- energy music and the latest MMA moves, participants will be addicted. It is explosive, electric, and thrilling.”

Did you notice earlier, that I said that Fight was designed for women AND men? Yeah! Men really DO take Group Fitness classes. Most men try to push aside the thought of taking a Group Fitness class because it automatically makes them think of cheesy 80’s workout videos. You know what I’m talking about. Those videos of Richard Simmons and all his workout followers dressed in neon colored head bands and full body leotards. Well, that is nowhere near the environment of today’s Group Fitness world; especially in Fight class. The slight aggressive feeling that comes along with the class, is perfect for men and exactly what they look for in a Group Fitness class environment.

If you are looking for a challenge and a workout that is going to motivate you and test your athletics, Fight is the class for you. The MMA style of this class will give you a phenomenal cardio workout, while also giving you that full body workout you need. All of this can be done just within an hour, too! How great is that? If you are looking for variety because you are bored with your everyday workout routine or you are just the type who likes to experience new things, Group Fight is waiting for you!

As MOSSA says, get into Fight so you can “kick some stress out of your life!”
