Here at the Gold’s Gyms of West Georgia, we offer two classes that focus on in place cardio cycling led by a qualified and certified RIDE instructor. Our RIDE class is one of the best classes you can take if you are a cardio junkie or just love the feeling of mountain biking! RIDE class is an hour long and if you’ve never experienced it before, I’m telling you now you’ve been missing out for a long, long time! Those who have taken a RIDE class know that we have wonderful Fitness instructors and they’ll say that RIDE class becomes an addiction – in a healthy way of course! RIDE class is a heart pumping, adrenaline flowing work out that is a great tool for extreme calorie burn! When you leave there will be no question as to whether you worked hard enough or not. Honestly, if you haven’t taken a RIDE class I would consider taking it on the weekend for your first time so that you can recover for a day or two. Your rear end is 100% guaranteed to be screaming at you for a couple of days if you push yourself!
