Everyone knows about the Group Fitness classes out there that can make you sweat, burn calories, and shed some pounds. But what about a class that targets the trouble area that almost ALL of us want fixed? That’s right – abs! We all want them, but most people only know the basics when it comes to defining ab muscles.
If you are one of those people, I’ve got GREAT news! The Gold’s Gyms of West Ga have a class that can get you out of that same old abdominal routine. You know what I’m talking about; the 100 sit ups a night before bed, in hopes you will wake up with a ripped beach body. This class is going to change the way you work your abs from here on out. What class am I talking about? CORE!
CORE class is one of the greatest Group Fitness classes that the Gold’s Gyms of West Ga has to offer. Not only is the CORE class great for sending you in the right direction for a sexy mid-section, but it is a class that covers a multitude of areas. The overall core of your body is gradually strengthened and toned as well!
Many people don’t know this, but our “core” isn’t just our abdominal muscles. Nope! In fact, our core includes:
-pelvic floor (major)
-transverse abdominals (major)
-internal & external oblique’s (major)
Crazy, right? I bet you didn’t have any idea so many parts of your body make up your overall “core” strength! All of the core muscles play a special role in aiding each other during the strengthening and toning process. Talk about teamwork!
The Group Core class at the Gold’s Gyms of West Ga is going to benefit you in more ways than you thought were possible. Not only will you be strengthening your body and toning it up, but you will be having such a great time while doing it! The upbeat music, the always motivational and encouraging instructors, and the other class participants surrounding you, are going to make you look forward to this class each week!
