If you have been following the Gold’s Gym of West Georgia team members lately, you may have noticed a trend in our posts. That is because our focus this month has been on your CORE!

Yup! Core, core and more core. So, if you HAVE been following us through all of our social media videos and posts, you know by now that our core is so much more than just abdominal muscles. The core itself, consists of:

  • Abdominal Wall
  • Obliques
  • Pelvis
  • Mid Back
  • Lower Lats

I’ve listed below each of the areas in the core and provided some exercises to tailor made for those areas! But that’s not all.
