I’m Ashley Wallace, second from the left in the picture, and you can find me on Facebook as Ash Wallace. I am Facilitator for 2030 FastTrack and Listen to Your Body. FastTrack is the 30 day program for losing up to 20 pounds in 30 days. Listen to Your Body, LTYB, is the follow on lifestyle management phase, where weight continues to be lost, then stabilized. Healthy eating and life activities are learned and made a permanent part of a person’s life.
I had been involved with physical activity all my life and until I became involved with 2030. I was a personal training manager. I never had trouble with weight until the last couple of years before I got involved with 2030 FastTrack. In the 2030 FastTrack I lost 22 pounds and have held it steady now for almost 2 years. I fell in love with the program and began helping others. What I like most about the program is that it is not a cookie-cutter program. It fits everybody, has real nutritious food, and not out-of-the-box processed food. I’m proud to say that as of this writing over 600 people have successfully passed through the program.
Teri George is our Biggest Loser. She is an elementary school teacher and softball coach. She teaches physical education. After her granddaughter was born Teri realized she wanted to be able to be around and enjoy her as she got older. Teri lost 119 pounds on the program by her one year anniversary in August 2018. She is motivated to becoming licensed as a personal trainer to help others with their exercise program as part of the LTYB program. She is in training to run the Peachtree Road Race in 2019.
Maggie Hilario is an active mother, working out and playing tennis regularly. She was stuck with an extra 15 to 20 pounds which she lost with 2030 FastTrack and enables her to keep up with her own teenage boys. She was enchanted with the program and wanted to be a wellness coach to share back what she had learned. Maggie is bilingual.
Sabrina Perry began Fast Track shortly after it was initiated in February 2017. Her intention was to lose 40 pounds by her 40th birthday in August before she went to Las Vegas. As she went through the program she continuously reset her goals and by her 40th birthday, from February to August, she lost 85 pounds. She is enamored with the program and wanted to coach and share what she learned with others. Sabrina travels a great deal and can help other members who travel a lot to say on track while traveling.
Jennifer Magee who is an accountant at Gold’s Gym lost 70 pounds and stabilized at 55 to 60 pounds down in five months. She wanted to take care of herself and did not realize how much she didn’t like the way she looked until she had lost all the weight. She wanted to coach to encourage others as she was and is to ready to help. She recently attended the graduation of her son from boot camp at Great Lakes Naval Training Center and was proud to be his mom in as good shape as he was.
