With top-notch facilities, hundreds of Group Exercise classes, Personal Training, Nutritional Guidance and friendly staff, we have locations across the country to help you and your family get moving and get healthy. Gold's Gym is pleased to offer the following membership plans, available through your companies benefit program.

NOTES ON ELIGIBILITY: Both full-time and part-time employees are eligible to enroll. Employees must attend the gym at least 2 times a month to remain eligible. If an employee is removed from the program, employee must wait 6 months to re-enroll.
