GYM INFO


Q: What are the gym hours? A: Our gym operating hours are 5am – 11pm Monday – Friday and 7am – 7pm Saturday – Sunday.

AMENITIES AND SERVICES


What amenities are available? A: Available amenities include:
- Basketball courts
- Racquetball courts
- Saunas located in locker rooms (saunas located in wet areas remain closed)
- Hot tubs located in locker rooms or exterior wet areas (hot tubs located in interior wet areas remain closed)

Most pools remain closed. Our previously opened pools in San Antonio (located at Legacy Trails, Culebra, Alamo Heights, Rogers Ranch and Medical Center) will remain open. All Kid’s Clubs remain closed.


Q: Do classes require reservations? A: Yes. Classes are available with 100% occupancy for members, but you are still required to a reserve a spot. Reservations can be made via the Gold's Gym Member App on the App Store and Google Play.

MEMBERSHIP AND BILLING


Since the Kid’s Club is closed, will by Kid’s Club membership remain frozen? A: Yes, all Kid’s Club memberships remain frozen at this time.


Q: If I cancel my membership, will I be required to give a 30 day notice? A: Yes, per the terms of your membership agreement you are required to give a 30-day notice to cancel your membership. This means you will be billed one more time if you are billed monthly, and if you are billed bi-weekly you could be billed 2-3 more times after you cancel pending the billing cycle.


Q: If my membership is on freeze and I decide to cancel my membership, will I still be required to give a 30 day notice? A: Yes, your freeze will be removed and you will still be required to give a 30-day notice to cancel your membership. This means you will be billed one more time if you are billed monthly, and if you are billed bi-weekly you could be billed 2-3 more times after you cancel pending the billing cycle.


Q: How do I submit my cancellation? A: Members should provide written notice of cancellation in person, via email or by mail to their local gym general manager. All cancellations will be processed according to the terms of each member’s original membership agreement.


HEALTH & SAFETY


Q: If I do not feel comfortable working out at this time, can I freeze my membership? Yes. Please contact us to learn more about available freeze options. Freeze requests may be made in-person, by phone or via email. Contact information for your local gym can be found here.


Q: What are your cleaning protocols? A: Our cleaning and sanitization protocols include:
- A dedicated team of cleaning professionals at each gym.
- Cleaning supply stations with spray bottles and hand sanitizer across the gym.
- Daily professional third-party, after-hours cleaning including electrostatic commercial spraying/fogging for deep sanitization.
