What are the membership fees, and are there any additional charges?

Do you offer any trial memberships or day passes?

Gold’s Gym Cerritos offers a free 7-day pass that allows you to try our gym before signing up for a membership.

What are the gym's hours of operation? 

Gold’s Gym Cerritos’s hours of operation can be found below:

• Monday: 5:00 am - Midnight
• Tuesday: 5:00 am - Midnight
• Wednesday: 5:00 am - Midnight
• Thursday: 5:00 am - Midnight
• Friday: 5:00 am - Midnight
• Saturday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm
• Sunday: 7:00 am - 7:00 pm

Can I work out at other gyms outside of the SoCal franchise?

If you have a membership plan that includes it, you can train at other Gold’s Gym locations outside of the SoCal franchise. Those who don’t have other locations included in their membership can use a Travel Pass to work out at other Gold’s Gym locations for 14 days within one calendar year with no added fee.

What types of classes are offered, and are they included in the membership fee?

Though some select group fitness classes at Gold’s Gym Cerritos have an additional fee, most of our classes are covered by our membership plans. Some of our popular fitness classes include Zumba, Indoor Cycling, BODYPUMP, and BODYBALANCE. If you’re interested in coming to a class, view our class schedule.

Do I need to bring my own towel and lock for the lockers?

We recommend that members bring their own towels since we don’t offer towel service. Members should also bring their own lock if they plan to rent one of our lockers.

What types of machines and equipment are available?

At Gold’s Gym Cerritos, we’re dedicated to giving our members an excellent fitness experience. Since we know everyone has different fitness goals, we’ve outfitted our gym with a wide variety of pristine machines and equipment. Do you have personal trainers? What are their rates?

We have a team of Certified Personal Trainers at Gold’s Gym Cerritos. If you’d like to find out more about rates or schedule a session, please contact us. 

What's the gym's policy on canceling or freezing memberships?

We do allow cancelations, but fees may apply. If you’d like to cancel your membership, you must email us at cerritosgm@goldsgymsocal.com 30 days before your billing date.

Do you have a sauna, steam room, or swimming pool?

We don’t have a steam room or swimming pool at Gold’s Gym Cerritos, but we do have separate dry saunas for men and women.

Are there age restrictions for gym membership?

You must be 13 years of age or older to receive a Gold’s Gym Cerritos membership. Additionally, an adult must accompany any children under 16 at all times while in the gym.

What's the policy on guests or bringing a friend?

Members can bring guests or a friend to Gold’s Gym Cerritos if guests are included in their membership. You can also bring guests if there is a special promotion. When a promotion isn’t occurring or your membership doesn’t allow guests, your guest can use our free 7-day pass.

Do you offer childcare services or a kids' area?

Currently, we do not offer a kid’s area or childcare at this location.

Is parking available? Is it free?

We have free and convenient parking at Gold’s Gym Cerritos.

Can I transfer my membership to another location or person?

We allow members to transfer their membership to another person or Gold’s Gym location. When you’re planning on transferring your membership, please speak to a staff member in person, email us at cerritosgm@goldsgymsocal.com, or call us at (562) 354-5444.

Do you accept insurance programs?

We accept multiple insurance programs at Gold’s Gym Cerritos. Our accepted insurance programs include Peerfit, Tivity, Active and Fit, ClassPass, Silver Sneakers, Silver and Fit, Prime, and HUSK.
