Why did you sign up for the Gold’s Gym Challenge?
Priscilla: I wanted to lose weight, gain muscle, and make a healthy lifestyle change! I thought the Challenge would motivate me to keep going, and it did.

What’s the best part of completing the Gold’s Gym Challenge?
Priscilla: Pushing through the Challenge, completing something that is far from easy. Seeing the results from my GOLD’S 3D™ scans and before/after pictures is rewarding knowing I worked for it, I earned it. I have a great sense of accomplishment.

What would you tell someone if they asked you why you should join the Gold’s Gym Challenge?
Priscilla: Go for it, the reward outweighs the sacrifice. No matter if it is your first time or third – set a plan, commit to the plan and you’ll love the outcome. The Gold’s Gym staff if there to help, no matter if you’re a beginner or if you need to take your workouts up to another level.

What is your gym mantra?
Priscilla: Every time I would go to the gym and not give in to “I don’t feel like it” was a sense of accomplishment. When I did something I couldn’t do the week before, or when I went and bought clothes I couldn’t fit into before, it was an amazing feeling.

Favorite thing to do at the gym?
Priscilla: Squat deadlift sprint! It is a full body workout and it was amazing to go from squatting just the bar to 225 lbs. To watch yourself get stronger is awesome.

Best fitness (motivational) tip you received?
Priscilla: You already know what happens when you give up and quit; let’s see what happens when you do not quit.

Favorite meal:
Priscilla: Kale Caesar salad

Fun fact about yourself:
Priscilla: I graduated with 3 degrees 3 years in a row: AA 2014, BS 2015, MBA 2016. I also have photographic memory.
