Paul: Because I knew the Challenge would deliver the success I needed to better myself. I felt it would be the best program to improve my condition, develop strength, lose weight and look and feel better.

Paul: Finishing it, seeing the great results and making lifestyle changes.
What would you tell someone if they asked you why you should join the Gold’s Gym Challenge?
Paul: The program was excellent and a great way to be held accountable. The staff motivates you to push yourself to reach your maximum potential.
What is your gym mantra?
Paul: “We Can Do This!” That was a common statement my wife Christine and I would say because we did the Challenge together.
Favorite thing to do at the gym?
Paul: I enjoy mixing weight training and using the various cardio equipment.
Best fitness (motivational) tip you received?
Paul: To push yourself a little bit further each day you are at the gym.
Paul: Ravioli with marinara sauce on cheat days.
