Why did you sign up for the Gold’s Gym Challenge?
David: My wife had done the Gold’s Gym Challenge the year prior to get into shape and she motivated me to sign up. I really needed a catalyst to jump-start a healthy lifestyle for myself and my family and the Challenge was perfect.

What’s the best part of completing the Gold’s Gym Challenge?
David: Motivating so many others around me when they finally saw my before and after pictures together.

What would you tell someone if they asked you why you should join the Gold’s Gym Challenge?
David: Joining the Gold’s Gym Challenge will change your life if you give it your all. You’ll make friends, learn lifelong healthy habits and see what you’re truly made of.

What is your gym mantra?
David: Win one day at a time.

Favorite thing to do at the gym?
David: Bench Press.

Best fitness (motivational) tip you received?
David: I was always nervous about being too weak or not being in good enough shape at the gym compared to everyone else there. So the tip that helped me was “Everyone’s too busy with their own workout, that they don’t have time to judge anyone else.”

Favorite meal:
David: 3 eggs over easy, 1 cup of white rice with Bragg Liquid Aminos.

Fun fact about yourself:
David: I saved another man’s life lifting a 400 lb. barbell off of his neck.
