It’s a new year and you might be saying to yourself “new year, new me.”  Something about January 1st gives you the extra motivation you needed to get back into the gym. By the time February comes around, your motivation seems to decline. It’s okay to admit it; you’re not alone.

In fact, Gold’s Gym has identified late February as the Fitness Cliff, the time when gym check-ins begin to gradually decline. To prevent people from losing their momentum and to inspire those that have yet to commit to their goals, Gold’s Gym is turning February 22nd into Commitment Day!

As part of Commitment Day, Gold’s Gym is giving people a variety of ways to reaffirm their commitment along with tangible resources to help them stay on track:

  • Recommit to your goals on February 22nd and you’ll receive a free customized 30-Day Fitness Plan with one of our certified personal trainers. This includes a 30-Day plan of attack and a 30-day follow up.
  • Members and non-members alike can bring friends and family for free workouts and classes on February 22nd.
  • Solidify your commitment by sharing your goals on social media using #GOLDSGOALS

Make this the year that you accomplish your fitness goals! We’re here with you every step of the way. See you at the gym.
