Class Descriptions

Abs & Arms: A 30 min all abs & arms workout

Barre: These classes will utilize the ballet bar targeting your glutes, hamstrings, quads & abs to the point of fatigue, using small isometric movements

Blast into the Week: A full body workout encompassing cardio moves, body sculpting and stretching

Boot Camp: A creative cardio & strength workout designed to challenge. Workout can include plyometric moves, intervals, super-sets, and sports drills

Cardio/Muscle Mix: This workout combines cardio segments (step, hi/lo, kickbox, zumba), with muscle conditioning segments

Kickbox: A cardio workout incorporating kicks, punches and drills

Muscle Conditioning: Strength and endurance workout using both heavy & lighter weights along with body weight and bands

Muscle Pump: Strength workout designed to target all of the body's muscle groups, along with cardio segments. All fitness levels

Pilates: A class that works the core, meaning abdominal muscles along with lower back. Includes stretching.

Recover & Restore: This class will use preventative and recovery techniques such as foam rolling to reduce soreness & increase flexibility. Stability & balance work are incorporated

Step: A cardio workout using a step platform. Very fun! All fitness levels.

Spin: A cardio workout using a specialized stationary bike

Spin & Strength: An intense cardio workout followed by a strength building workout on the turf track

Tabata: An interval workout alternating short intense periods of cardio/strength with short rest periods

Yoga: A combination of breathing exercises, physical postures and meditation

Zumba: A Latin based aerobic dance class incorporating salsa, merengue, and reggae.
