An hour of guided yoga poses to relax, refresh, rejuvenate, and revitalize. Beginner, intermediate, or advanced; all levels can be accomodated. Using Hatha style yoga as a base with elements of other branches to bring the best all around yoga experience including breathwork (pranayama.) Be prepared to work and to sweat as yoga can be demanding. Wear loose clothing and sandals or other easy to remove footwear. Mats are provided at the gym. If you are pregnant or if you have physical limitations such as back problems, recent surgeries or injuries, please inform the instructor prior to class.
