-Wednesday RPM @ 9:25am moves to 9:55am
-Tuesday/Thursday Cycle @ 6:00pm shifts its focus to peak cardio training emphasizing more intensity for 45 minutes
-Wednesday 5:15pm BodyCombat, Thursday 8:50am CXWorx and Friday 5:30am RPM will go on hiatus
