What brought you into the fitness world? Fitness has changed my life many times throughout the years, whether it is for body, mind, spirit or healing. I want to pass that on to people, positively improving their lives
What’s your favorite aspect of your job? Seeing a difference in the people I help. I love hearing when they have achieved goals they set for themselves and how their quality of life has improved in so many ways.
What’s the best fitness advice you give your clients? You have to start somewhere. If you don’t do it, you won’t achieve it, so get yourself up and your workout will be downhill once you start. The hardest part is starting, finishing is the reward!
What’s your biggest motivation to hit the gym? My health, my children, to achieve results and to learn new ways to get there.
When not at work, what can we find you doing? Researching and reading about fitness. There are always new things to learn. I also love to run– anywhere, anytime in almost any weather!
Anything else we need to know about you? Fitness is not just something I do, it’s part of who I am. Stressed, tired, time constraints, weather–there are no excuses. Fitness and working out has always been a priority. The benefits are addicting and rewarding in so many ways!
