What’s your biggest motivation to hit the gym? Cutting off the cycle of non-fitness and developing chronic disease.
When not at work, what can we find you doing? Community involvement in church programs, outdoor recreations, paintball.
Anything else we need to know about you? I’m developing and forging a full health and fitness lifestyle with Gold’s Gym, and hope to become an owner of a Gold’s Gym in future.
