Chase Tincher graduated from Millbrook High School in 2010, where he was first introduced to competitive lifting while completing athletic training in both football and baseball. Understanding how to increase lean muscle mass and build strength for performance enhancement, Chase began applying his knowledge in the development and program design of his own workouts. Possessing over six years of strength training and sports conditioning experience, he then decided to begin his professional career as a personal trainer. His training specialties include strength training, sports conditioning, powerlifting, and circuit training program design. Chase is currently pursuing a personal training certification through the American Council on Exercise to further advance his abilities to help YOU receive optimal results.
