Bobby Jett has been an advocate of health and fitness upon exposure to strength training in high school. He was immediately hooked to the infinite benefits and later became interested in the important role of proper nutrition in achieving one’s fitness goals. In 2009, Bobby graduated from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Dietetics. With a desire to further advance his passion for fitness and nutrition he became a certified personal trainer through the National Federation of Professional Trainers in 2013. Bobby specializes in strength training and baseline dietary standards for optimal results and goal achievement. He is excited to help clients bridge the gap with exercise and proper nutrition by developing well-rounded, personalized workouts to change one’s physique from the inside out!
