We teach several group classes daily in each of our studios, including Spinning, Pilates, Zumba and a variety of Les Mills classes. Our certified instructors are knowledgeable and passionate, and they stand ready and willing to give you motivation and support to improve your physical fitness or stick to your weight-loss program. Whether you need an expert to guide you or a cheerleader to get you moving, they have it covered.
Best of all, after an intense class you can relax in one of our dry saunas or try out many of our other amenities. We reward hard work here at Gold’s Gym Westminster!
