What is circuit training?
The circuit area at our gym in Austell has 3 circuits. Each circuit is set up with different stations and each station features a different timed exercise. One station may offer strength training, while the next promotes a type of aerobic exercise. As you complete the timed exercise at one station, you move to the next. Once you have completed every station, you have completed a full circuit.
The advantage of our Austell circuit area is that you can complete a full circuit in just 11 minutes. We know your time is valuable, so you can wrap up your workout and head to work – or run through the circuit once more for double the workout. This is a great physical fitness program for busy schedules – and by combining strength training with aerobics — it’s an excellent weight loss solution.
