These 3 fitness class will get you pumped for summer! You might even have some fun while you are at it!

So, you are finally realizing summer is here and it got here a lot quicker than you expected. You thought you had more time to get in shape but you just kept putting it off and now you can’t put it off any longer! What do you do?
My solution? Go to one of these 3 Group Fitness classes! You don’t know how to get an extra hard work out in, but you are desperate to start shedding the pounds. It’s time to give one or all of these Group Fitness classes a try! Read below to see what they are and why you need them in your life…
1. Group RIDE
Ride is an AMAZING class! If you want to feel like a worked dog after a workout, then RIDE is the class for you. You have a room full of people wanting the same thing as you and also to have fun! Because the instructors are peddling and doing the work with you, you know that they feel your pain and aren’t just there “telling you what to do”. You might be thinking, “My friends always say their butt and crotch hurt after a class.” Easy fix! Grab you a squishy gel bicycle seat cover to slip over the bike you choose in class. Between the energetic music, the upbeat, enthusiastic instructors screaming “bump it up”, your bike seat is going to be the least of your worries!
Targets: Cardiovascular, glute, calf, quads & hamstrings
2. Group POWER
If you have always wanted to be one of those people who could lift and press the big weighted bars, POWER is for you! Please don’t worry about not knowing what to do. Our class instructors are on stage at the beginning of every class, letting everyone know what weight and equipment they need whether they are new to the class or come frequently. Have some physical limitations? No worries! Because our phenomenal instructors are so educated on the human anatomy and exercise in general, they let you know during the exercises how you can modify the move to fit your personal limits. How awesome is that?
Targets: Full Body (all muscle groups)
If you are looking to lose weight and dance like no one is watching, ZUMBA class is exactly where you need to be. Our instructors are so full of life and energy that you will feel like you just left an awesome dance party, not a workout! Don’t get me wrong, you most definitely will feel like you worked out! If you leave that class and aren’t covered in sweat, then you didn’t shake it hard enough! ZUMBA will give you such a great workout with a group of people who just want to have a good time and get in shape – just like you!
Targets: Cardio & Core
