Our health club offers a number of group training options, and for your convenience, the schedules are varied. You can join us before your workday begins – or just after a day at the office or in class – we even offer weekend hours.

You can always mix up your routine by alternating group training with an individual aerobic workout on our single station cardio equipment (such as treadmills, ellipticals, bikes and stair steppers). If you enjoy the distraction of the big screen while you work out. Or pump it up with some occasional strength training on our free weights or weight machines.
