High Intensity Circuit Trainig at Gold’s Gym
We are glad that you take the time out of your busy schedule to come to Gold’s Gym in West Cobb. We know how busy life can be, and we are happy that you have chosen our fitness center to achieve your fitness goals. But we also understand that sometimes life gets in the way, and it’s hard to carve out an hour or more to get to the gym. So we want to help — that’s why we have Circuit Training.
Circuit Training at Gold’s Gym is a terrific way to get a full body workout in less than 30 minutes. And this is definitely a workout. Circuit training helps with cardio training, strength training, weight loss, increasing muscle tone, and more. And it’s a huge time saver! You can do the entire circuit, working out every major muscle group in your body, in less than 30 minutes, total. And you will see results quickly!
Circuit Training is a specially-designed workout system that uses moderate weights and frequent repetitions to help you build strength and burn calories in a short amount of time. It’s actually very simple: you follow our set circuit of exercise machines and do quick sets of exercises at each step in the circuit. By the time you are done, you have worked every muscle group, with short breaks in between. It’s convenient, time-saving, and effective.
So why doesn’t everyone do circuit training and nothing but circuit training every time they go to the gym? Well, not everyone is at the gym for the same reasons — if you are training for a marathon or looking to body build, this isn’t going to be the most effective way to reach those goals. Also, while circuit training does help with cardio training, it’s not a true replacement for it. So remember to do your regular cardio training workout three times a week as well.
So come down to Gold’s Gym West Cobb and give our circuit training room a try! We have set it up with the finest state of the art weight machines and resistance machines so that you will feel the work you are doing. And with the help of our personal trainers and floor staff, you can know that you have those machines on the right settings for your goals. Remember, this is about moderate weight and quick repetitions, so start low and build as you go. And we are always here to answer your questions about circuit training or any of our other workout options and terrific fitness center amenities.
