Hot Yoga - A workout for the mind and body. A set series of poses based in a sequence designed to help lose weight, gain strength (both mentally & physically), tone muscles, and improve flexibility. The room is heated so be prepared to sweat.
Hot Power Yoga - Strength, flexibility, and balance practiced in equal parts. Poses flow one to the next, connected to the breath. The room is heated, so sweating isn’t optional!
Warm Yoga - Enjoy the more gentle side of your practice. This class merges simple postures with breath, bringing the focus back to the body and the breath. Student will learn appropriate accommodations and alignment for their body. This is an introduction to hot yoga.
Basic Yoga - Learn the moves that set the base for all other yoga classes. Work on learning to connect your breath to your body. The perfect class for the perfect balance in life.
Gentle Movements - Learn efficient body movements with a focus on gaining tools for the prevention and reversal of many age related issues. Experience improved body image, balance, posture, mood, flexibility, agility, strength, and overall wellbeing. Perfect for our senior members!
