My love of fitness started at an early age with team sports. I grew up playing volleyball, softball, & golf and since have added skiing, hiking, and occasional yoga into my routine. I started my journey in the gym around age 13 and since then have been in love with health & fitness.
I graduated from Arizona State University with a Bachelors of Science in Health Sciences & Coaching and double minored in Exercise Science & Nutrition. I wanted my clients to know that I put just as much work into learning HOW to help them as I will ACTUALLY helping them. I treat each client differently, as I know that what works for one person may not work for another. I also believe that health and fitness goals can be reached through hard work, smart training, and a little bit of determination.
Whether you’re inexperienced with exercise, in a more advanced stage of training, or just coming back from an injury, I will use my exercise science background to provide you with optimized training that aims to enhance performance, prevent injuries, and improve quality of life to assist you in reaching your health and fitness goals.
When not working , I enjoy spending my time outdoors hiking, camping, and exploring the PNW with my boyfriend & our two dogs. If we aren’t out adventuring you can find me cooking, taking pictures, watching my favorite shows on TV, or most likely at the gym!
