Warrenton Gold’s Gym takes pride in its excellent GGX program. There are many variations of classes to keep your workouts fresh and fun. They range from the Les Mill’s program based classes, such as Body Pump, Body Step & Body Flow to zumba, cycling, free style cardio, step & weight training, core workouts, mat pilates & yoga. **Cardio kick boxing will be coming soon so be looking for that addition to the schedule.**
Our committed staff of instructors are always ready to give you a fantastic workout, regardless of your level of fitness. We welcome everyone from the “newbies” to the gym atmosphere to the advanced that have been working out for years.
