My goal as a personal trainer and GGX instructor is to make you feel good in your own skin; to feel strong, healthy, and happy. Fitness and wellness are an important part of having an enthusiasm for life. I will help you make fitness fun, make fitness sustainable, and make fitness a non-negotiable part of your lifestyle I began working with Gold’s Gym in 2006 as a group exercise instructor for Les Mills Body Jam, Body Pump, Body Flow, Body Combat, and CX Worx. Other classes include Ab Lab and Total Body Conditioning. My interest and passion for fitness quickly grew. I obtained an AFAA personal training certification to increase my knowledge and gain the ability to work one-on-one with members to achieve their goals.
Growing up I was a gymnast and a dancer, always active but never setting foot into a traditional gym until college. I didn&39;t understand the importance or empowerment of taking your fitness into your own hands, setting goals and then looking for the tools and people to help you achieve them. I reached out to trainers, mentors, and friends for advice. I began lifting, yoga, running half and full marathons, began taking GGX and then finally teaching group exercise classes. Now I have the privilege of bringing all my experiences to personal training.
