While there is nothing quite like ride during a cool summer evening, our group cycling class will definitely keep you coming back for more whether its summer, winter, spring, or fall. With our enthusiastic instructors, big screen video projector for watching the latest Tour de France footage, and music to keep your tempo too there’s never a reason to miss your daily dose of cardio. Plus the ability to see your heart rate, cadence, and power wattage while riding is somewhat of a treat – even for a competitive cyclist

A group strength training workout that is simple, effective and fun We change the workout for you every 4-5 weeks. Endurance, reactive, strength and power training phases are included. All levels are welcome.This class will challenge your total body
