Before becoming a Personal Trainer, I taught dance for many years. Because of my dance background, I believe your foundation is Core and Balance. My primary training techniques emphasize exercises with healthy form. Your core is your foundation because everything we do in life involves your core.
I do not make anyone do anything that I wouldn’t do myself. I am very particular about form and I truly believe that the most important element is for the client to enjoy their workout and meet their goals—if that happens then I have achieved my goal. I am committed to helping people reach their goals and use positive reinforcement and motivation with all of my workouts.
Fitness is a “lifestyle” and it is the key to staying young and strong!!
