Hi my name is Thomas Ethington! Living an active lifestyle and being fit have been 2 things in my life that have always been there, and I plan on making them stay there! Since starting at the gym I have learned and applied so much in regards to how to obtain and maintain a healthy lifestyle. After receiving my certification through the National Council of Certified Personal Trainers I’ve learned how to truly reach the best possible standard of fitness that we can reach. By allowing me to accompany you on your fitness journey I am very confident that together you will achieve your individual potential. First and foremost, I will focus on your primary fitness goals and be on the same page with all of your fitness goals and I do all I can to tailor your workouts to help you achieve exactly what you want.
