Hi! My name is Hollie Warlaumont. I have 2 amazing kids and have been married to my high school sweetheart for 22 years!
I have been a member at Gold’s Gym for 13 years…. my story starts back in 2001. After graduating from college and giving birth to my kids I found myself weighing more than I ever had. I was very embarrassed of my body, I had no energy and was very frustrated that I couldn’t get my eating under control. I wanted to be a happy mom and wife! I wanted my energy and passion for life back!
My husband and I walked in to Gold’s Gym in Roy and I hesitantly signed up for a family membership. I was nervous and so afraid…. but I was ready… ready for a change!
Change is what I did! I made a lifestyle change… I started with doing cardio, and began a healthy eating plan. I was very nervous to try out the weight floor, but I slowly learned a little each day and started lifting weights 5-6 times a week. It was not easy and I had a lot of road bumps along the way, but by May of 2003 I I had lost 50lbs. I was feeling more energetic and happy! I was never going to go back to my old habits and lifestyle… this change felt too good!
My interest and enthusiasm for weight lifting grew as I worked with a trainer from Gold’s Gym and in May 2004, I took 1st place in the Mountain West Bodybuilding competition in Logan, UT and in June placed 2nd in the 2004 NPC Natural Utah Cup Bodybuilding championship.
I believe in eating clean and lifting weights…. it will change the way you look and feel! I want to show you how… I want to be your personal trainer. I know how it feels to be nervous to walk in the gym and be hesitant to use the weight floor. I want to help you feel comfortable in the gym.
