Sara Hodge believes that fitness is meant to be fun for a lifetime! I have been working in the fitness industry since 2008 and Personal Training for the past 4 years. I am passionate about my clients’ success in achieving their fitness goals as well as helping them live a healthy, pain-free life.
My goal is to help each individual enjoy his/her time “in the gym” while working to achieve their personal fitness goals. I am a huge proponent of safe, efficient and functional movement with an emphasis on proper form which is essential to preventing injuries. The key to success is equal growth on the physical and the mental aspect.
I have a diverse background in fitness and athletic training, nutrition and psychology and if you train with me, I will be there to support and encourage you every step of the way. We will set attainable goals together, take it one step at a time and work hard for you as a team. It won’t be easy, but the results will be worth it.
