Blake Wolf Is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council for Certified Personal Trainers (NCCPT) and a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA).
“I graduated with highest honors (Summa Cum Laude) with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Sports Studies with an emphasis in Exercise Science, and also attained a Master of Science in Kinesiology and Sports Studies with a focus in Sport Administration, both from Eastern Illinois University.
I have experience as a sports performance coach at a private fitness facility, where I also led group sessions in TRX suspension training and assisted in boot camps. I have served as both an assistant and head coach for high school baseball teams, held one-on-one and group instructional baseball sessions with high school athletes, played junior college baseball, and was a four-sport athlete in high school. I have worked with an array of individuals ranging from middle school age athletes to senior citizens.
My foundation to training is based on basic movements of the body that we perform each day and strengthening the body in each of those movements to create a more balanced, mobile, and stronger individual.
Whether you are a senior citizen, a full-time working parent, or a competitive athlete, being able to functionally move will not only provide for you more ease and efficiency in performing daily tasks and recreational activities, but also the enjoyment of having a life with proper mobility and movement!”
